Lowe & Oliver undertook the complete Mechanical & Electrical Installation of a new Teaching Block including extensive Gas works & Specialist Systems, together with the refurbishment of three other Teaching Blocks.

The works were carried out in a phased manner to allow the College to continue to operate throughout our works. This involved both new & temporary Plant Rooms, Switch Panels and Distribution Boards, Underground Water, Gas & Electric Mains and Planned Shutdowns.
