New build developments of two separate traditional buildings   within Lady Margaret Hall Oxford campus.

The Graduate Centre is a four storey student accommodation block comprising of 29 student bedrooms, kitchenettes, dining hall and teaching facilities. 

The Porters Lodge is a three storey student accommodation block comprising of 13 student bedrooms, kitchenettes and main entrance reception hall.

Lowe and Oliver undertook the complete Mechanical & Electrical installation of the Building, finished to an exceptional standard.

 

This involved the installation of the following systems,

• Ground source heating
• Air conditioning cooling
• Hot and cold water systems
• Air handling units
• Lighting control system
• Emergency lighting 
• Power distribution
