Lowe & Oliver carried out the complete Mechanical & Electrical Installation to serve a Grade one listed building Chettle House the aim of the project was to restore the house.
Mechanically the project consisted of the installation of a new biomass boiler that served the House and several cottages; The heating was a mix of underfloor heating and column Radiators
A comprehensive Building Management Systems has been installed to control the various systems within the building.
Electrically a new incoming electrical supply was brought into a newly formed plant room, this became the main hub for the electrical system in which all further outbuildings and external lighting controls had been installed. A request for a change over switch had also been installed which allows a stand by generator to be installed if needed. The main house was rewired with dual metered boards for the lighting and power.
The main house has been installed with a full data and WIFI system, Lutron dimming controls, a fully integrated intruder alarm and dedicated phone system.
