Lowe and Oliver have recently completed a project at Royal South Hants Hospital in Southampton for NHS property services. The value of the project was in excess of 4 million.
The project, as with every project within a live health environment threw up daily challenges around access and noise. I found the company to be very good in every aspect of dealing with this.
Their on-site staff and management were very knowledgeable and had a proactive can-do attitude which helped dealing with the tenants.
The works were carried out to a very high standard and I understand that the manufacturer will be using the project as a case study in their up coming literature.
I would be happy to use them again on other projects and they will be included in our future plansfor M&E works throughout the South East.
